There are two registration rates:
- Regular Member Rate - $205.00
EA alliance of nonprofits member organizations, Seattle University and University of Washington Students, Faculty and Staff
- Regular Non-Member Early Bird Rate - $245.00
- Luncheon-Only Rate - $75.00

Important Information to know
Cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by April 1, 2010. Refunds will be processed less a $25 administrative fee. Refunds requested after April 1, 2010 will be processed less 50% of the original registration. No refunds will be given after April 15, 2010. The Washington State Nonprofit Conference regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows. Substitutions are always welcomed. Cancellations and refund requests may be submitted via email to: conference@exec-alliance.org

- Photo Release: There will be photographers on hand to document the event. By participating in the Washington State Nonprofit Conference, you agree to be photographed. These photographs may be used to publicize and promote the conference in the future. If you object to being photographed, please alert a member of our staff at check-in.
- Contact Information Sharing: We will be providing participants with a contact sheet of all conference participants that will include the name, organization and email address. The purpose of this information is for participants to be able to contact each other after the event. Please do not use this information to solicit participants. If you do not want to share your contact information, please let us know
